Short Description:

Hex Bolts are bolt fasteners with hexagonal heads and machine threads for use with hex nuts or in a tapped hole.

Metric bolts Grade 8.8, or inch bolts Grade 5, offers high tensile strength, roughness, and toughness. These bolts are made of medium carbon steel 35K, 10B21 or 45#, have been heat treated (quenched and tempered) and would be regarded as high tensile hex bolts. The higher tensile strength bolts are preferred to use alloy steel 20MnTiB, 40Cr or SCM435, after heat treatment, its tensile strength would be Grade 10.9 or above.

We have built our own heat treatment lines as we fully realize the importance of heat treatment as an integral supplement to good quality forging. In addition, surface treatment lines are introduced to satisfy different demands, such as finishes in black oxide, zinc plating, HDG and dacromet.

We can offer a wide range of hex bolts in various materials and finishes to suit varied applications, such as water treatment equipment, oil and gas processing, heat exchangers, chemical equipment, paper and pulp industries. Both hex bolts and set screws are available in a variety of threads from Standard Metric Coarse Thread, Metric Fine, to Imperial and Unified Threads.

To ensure the highest quality of our high tensile hex bolts, we conduct several different testing and inspections, such as chemical tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests and salt spray tests. Hex bolts are strictly in conformity with international quality and performance standards before shipment.

Besides, numerous options are available for packaging to ensure the safe delivery of the hex bolts. The most suitable packaging materials will be selected to avoid any possible damages to the fasteners during the transit.

Production time

Usually around 45 days for whole container.
According to the busy season, the time may change.

Delivery ways

1.Full Container
When the factory finishes production, we will contact the customer to book vessel or we book the vessel and tell the customer what time it is.
The forwarder will ask the driver to load the container in our factory and then send it to TIANJIN or QINGDAO Port.

2.Less Than Full Container.
1.Customer have agent in Guangzhou or Yiwu, we send goods to their warehouse.
2.We send goods to sea port, load the container with other people's goods together.
